Job summary

Axon is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support Enterprise customers across multiple products, including Fusus, and drive successful implementations. You will partner with customers to understand their needs, translate them into clear requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver scalable, integrated software solutions.

You will manage discovery, requirements, and testing while collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Services teams to ensure adoption and measurable outcomes.

• Demonstrated ownership of deliverables and end-to-end ownership.
• Ability to stay calm and constructive when handling ambiguity or changing requirements.
• Experience with discovery, requirements gathering, and documenting business needs.
• Comfortable partnering with technical teams to understand constraints and options.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales and Services teams.
• Ability to learn quickly, connect details across systems and workflows.
• Genuine interest in Axon’s mission and impact through technology.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a core member of the Professional Services team supporting Enterprise customer implementations across Fusus and other Axon products.
• Lead discovery sessions with Enterprise customers to understand business processes, goals, and system considerations.
• Translate customer needs into clear, structured artifacts including requirements, user stories, workflows, and process docs.
• Partner with Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Product teams to design multi-product solutions.
• Configure Axon software solutions to align with business objectives and organizational needs.
• Evaluate solution options and trade-offs to support scalable outcomes.
• Design, execute, and document User Acceptance Testing for defined use cases.
• Develop and deliver training materials and enablement sessions for customer adoption.
• Build trusted relationships with Enterprise customers and collaborate across Axon.
