CHG Healthcare is seeking a Business Development Executive for Telehealth & Virtual Care. The role focuses on developing enterprise partnerships with virtual care organizations, corporate-backed provider groups, and health plans to support large physician networks.

You will drive consultative sales, identify workforce needs, and align CHG solutions with clients’ Telehealth strategies. Reports to Sr. Director of ECS Business Development.

Qualifikationen

• Understanding Telehealth and Virtual Care delivery models and enterprise needs.
• Ability to build credibility with executive, clinical, and operational decision-makers.
• Strong consultative selling and ability to navigate complex enterprise sales cycles.

• Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting and account planning.
• Lead discovery conversations to understand clients’ virtual care models and growth priorities.
• Develop tailored workforce solutions to support clients’ virtual care capacity and long-term goals.
• Own the sales process from engagement to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Maintain a robust pipeline and provide forecasts to inform strategy.
