Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities through targeted prospecting and planning.
• Lead discovery conversations on clients’ virtual care models and workforce challenges.
• Partner with internal teams to tailor physician workforce solutions for virtual care.
• Own the sales process from engagement to proposal, negotiation, and contract execution.
• Maintain pipeline, provide forecasts, and meet new business goals.
