Qualifications

• Administrative and project management skills required.
• 2+ years of experience in supporting a specific technology domain or system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.

• Advanced communication skills with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of technology infrastructure, systems, procedures, and project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology deployments across multiple disciplines.
• Provide direction for project completion within budgets, milestones, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive SLA achievement and SOW for technology maintenance providers.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and vendor partners to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure systems operate to defined standards.
• Mentor entry-level talent across disciplines.
• Coach and provide technology expertise to end users for collaborative solutions.
• Identify cost savings and manage expenses related to infrastructure refreshes.
