Job summary

Kroger Great Lakes Distribution Center is seeking a skilled technology infrastructure lead to oversee end-to-end deployments across multiple disciplines at our Novi locations. You will drive project direction, manage budgets and vendor partnerships, and enforce SLA and SOW requirements to ensure reliable technology operations.

The role requires collaboration with business stakeholders, mentorship of junior staff, and a focus on process improvement and change management to support enterprise

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting a specific technology domain or system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Ability to articulate technology information to all levels.
• Strong knowledge of technology infrastructure, systems and project life cycles.
• Bachelor's degree in a technology discipline.
• Retail technology knowledge.
• Experience as a project manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology deployments across multiple disciplines.
• Provide direction for project completion, hardware installs, budgets, and vendor partnerships.
• Drive SLA achievement and scope of work for technology maintenance providers.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and partners to monitor progress.
• Collaborate with technology partners to meet enterprise standards at locations.
• Support and guide local leadership on enterprise technology implementations.
• Mentor entry-level talent across disciplines.
• Coach end users to create collaborative solutions.
• Develop efficiencies for process improvement, change management, and growth.
• Capture annual infrastructure refresh needs and manage expenses.
• Travel independently to enterprise locations.
• Perform essential functions with or without accommodation.
