Qualifications

• Experience supporting a technology domain or system.
• Knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to collaborate in a team environment.
• Administrative and project management skills.
• Ability to articulate technology information to all levels of the organization.
• Communication skills to share information with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of technology infrastructure, systems, procedures, and project life cycles.
• Associate Degree in technology discipline or related certifications.
• Any project management experience (desired).
• Retail technology knowledge (desired).
