Job summary

Kroger Technology & Digital is seeking an Associate Enterprise Technology Specialist to support technology infrastructure across enterprise locations. You will ensure adherence to technology standards, collaborate with partners, and assist leaders in delivering enterprise technology outcomes, while upholding Kroger's values.

The role emphasizes cross-disciplinary deployment coordination, vendor management, and continuous improvement of technology services in a retail enterprise environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Microsoft products.

• Administrative and project management skills.
• Ability to articulate technology information to all levels of the organization.
• Communication skills to effectively share information with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, procedures, and project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Support and oversee technology deployments from end to end spanning multiple disciplines.
• Facilitate project completion within each discipline to manage hardware installations, vendor partnerships, milestones, and enterprise rollout schedules.
• Drive service level agreement (SLA) achievement and scope of work (SOW) for technology maintenance providers.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and vendor partners to monitor progress and opportunities that require action.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure systems are operating at the defined standards to create successful outcomes for our enterprise locations.
• Support and provide guidance to local leadership ensuring all facets of technology implementations are provided within enterprise standards.
• Collaborate vertically on multiple disciplines by sharing of knowledge to enable growth.
• Coach and provide technology expertise to end users to create collaborative solutions.
• Identify efficiencies that enable process improvement, change management, and growth within enterprise locations.
• Provide annual infrastructure refresh needs, manage expenses, and identify cost savings.
• Travel independently to enterprise locations.
