Responsibilities

• Support and oversee technology deployments across disciplines.
• Manage hardware installations, vendor partnerships, and rollout schedules.
• Drive SLA achievement and manage SOWs for maintenance providers.
• Communicate with stakeholders to monitor progress and opportunities.
• Ensure systems operate to defined standards for enterprise locations.
• Provide guidance to leadership on technology implementations.
