You will drive policy adherence, partner with stakeholders, manage budgets and vendor relationships, and mentor entry-level talent to deliver on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in supporting a specific technology domain or system.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft products.
• Ability to articulate technology information to all levels of the organization.
• Advanced communication skills to effectively share information with business leaders and stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge and understanding of technology infrastructure, systems, procedures, and project life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology deployments across multiple disciplines.
• Provide direction for project completion, manage hardware installations, budgets, vendor partnerships, milestones, and rollout schedules.
• Drive SLA achievement and scope of work for technology maintenance providers.
• Communicate with business stakeholders and vendors to monitor progress and opportunities.
• Collaborate with technology partners to ensure standards for enterprise locations.
