Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end technology deployments across multiple disciplines.
• Coordinate hardware installations, budgets, vendor partnerships, milestones and rollout schedules.
• Drive SLA achievement and scope of work with maintenance providers.
• Communicate with stakeholders and monitor progress and opportunities.
• Collaborate with partners to ensure standards for enterprise locations.
• Support leadership ensuring tech implementations meet enterprise standards.
• Mentor entry level talent across disciplines.
• Provide technology guidance to end users for collaborative solutions.
• Identify efficiencies to enable process improvement and growth.
• Capture annual infrastructure refresh needs, manage expenses and cost savings.
• Travel independently to enterprise locations.
