Job summary
Amazon Kuiper Commercial Services LLC is seeking a technically focused Senior Technical Account Manager for its Global Enterprise Services team. You will be the primary technical contact for Fortune 500 enterprises deploying Amazon Leo satellite connectivity across the US, Canada, and LATAM, ensuring operational health and high standards in service delivery.
You will drive proactive guidance, coordinate engineering resources, and engage customer teams in workshops and reviews.
Qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing tech role such as Technical Account Manager or Solutions Architect.
- Ability to manage executive relationships and drive customer outcomes.
- Strong communication skills and English fluency.
- Experience with networking, cloud integration, or satellite connectivity.
Responsibilities
- Serve as primary technical contact for enterprise customers post-launch.
- Provide proactive technical guidance and conduct regular technical reviews.
- Coordinate engineering support resources for customer deployments.
- Manage technical support processes and ensure rapid issue resolution.
- Lead technical workshops and create troubleshooting documentation.
- Align technical operations with business objectives with delivery teams.
- Identify opportunities for training, certification, and enablement.
- Collaborate with CDEs on complex integrations requiring custom solutions.
- Drive problem-solving protocols across internal and customer teams.
