Job summary

Talon.One, an Adyen company, seeks an Enterprise Technical Account Manager for the Americas to own API‑driven integrations within enterprise ecosystems. You will manage onboarding, monitor API usage, and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure seamless client experiences.

You will drive proactive issue resolution, nurture strategic partnerships, and design scalable onboarding to boost retention, growth, and satisfaction across US hubs.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical account management or integrations‑focused role.
• Experience owning API integrations end‑to‑end for enterprise accounts.
• Proven SaaS experience with complex ecosystems.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset and data‑driven decision making.
• Excellent written and oral communication for technical and non‑technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end technical integration of our API‑driven platform into client ecosystems.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations to resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts and monitor API usage to protect retention and growth.
• Partner with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver a strong client experience.
• Design and continuously improve customer onboarding processes.
• Identify new technology partnerships and integration opportunities to expand our ecosystem.
• Guide customers through expectation‑setting conversations to build long‑term trust.
