Talon.One is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to lead technical integrations of our API-first promotion engine for the Americas. You will own the end-to-end integration process, monitor API usage, and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Experience owning API integrations end-to-end for enterprise-level accounts.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise accounts with complex stakeholder needs.
• Experience with SaaS-based products and integrations.
• Strong troubleshooting mindset in a tech-focused environment.
• Excellent written communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Analytical thinker focused on data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end technical integration of the API-driven platform into each client’s ecosystem.
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations to resolution.
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, tracking API usage to protect retention and growth.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Engineering to deliver strong client experiences.
• Design and continuously improve customer onboarding processes.
