Talon.One is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to drive the successful integration of our API-first promotion engine for enterprise clients across the Americas. You will own the technical onboarding, monitor API usage, resolve issues, and coordinate with Engineering and Customer Success to ensure retention and growth.

Qualificações

• 4+ years in technical account management or similar client-facing role.
• Experience owning end-to-end API integrations for enterprise accounts.
• Proven ability to manage complex enterprise stakeholders.
• Experience with SaaS products.
• Strong written communication and data-driven problem solving.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical integration of our API-driven platform into each client's ecosystem
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations through to resolution
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, tracking API usage to protect retention, growth, and satisfaction
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Engineering to deliver a strong client experience
• Design and continuously improve customer onboarding processes
• Identify new technology partnerships and integration opportunities that expand our ecosystem
• Guide customers through expectation-setting conversations that build long-term trust
• Support escalated tickets alongside the broader support team
