Talon.One, a leader in API-first promotions, is seeking an Enterprise Technical Account Manager to lead the end-to-end technical integration of our promotion engine for enterprise clients across the Americas. You’ll own onboarding, monitor API usage, resolve recurring issues, and collaborate closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver value.

Formación

• 4+ years of previous experience in Technical Account Management, Integrations Consultant, or similar technical client-facing role
• Experience owning API integrations end-to-end for enterprise-level accounts
• Demonstrated ability to manage enterprise accounts and stakeholder expectations
• Proven experience with SaaS-based products
• High level of problem-solving attitude in a troubleshooting environment
• Excellent written communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Calm, patient, and professional handling high-stakes customer relationships
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end technical integration of our API-driven platform into each client's ecosystem
• Troubleshoot recurring technical issues and drive escalations through to resolution
• Manage a portfolio of enterprise accounts, monitoring API usage to protect retention and growth
• Partner with Customer Success Managers and Engineering to deliver a strong client experience
• Design and continuously improve customer onboarding processes
• Identify new technology partnerships and integration opportunities that expand our ecosystem
• Guide customers through expectation-setting conversations to build long-term trust
• Support escalated tickets alongside the broader support team
