Job summary

Ismena is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive to drive growth across Lebanon and Egypt. You will lead B2B technology sales, develop strategic enterprise relationships, and close high-value IT services and cloud solutions deals.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in B2B sales, a strong network among CIOs/IT leaders, and a proven ability to navigate complex sales cycles. Excellent communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, CS, or related field.
• 4+ years of proven B2B sales experience in IT/technology sector.
• Experience selling IT services, cloud solutions, digital transformation, software or managed services.
• Strong knowledge of Lebanon and/or Egypt technology/enterprise market.
• Experience engaging with C-level executives and IT leaders.
• Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
• Experience using CRM, LinkedIn, Google Workspace/Microsoft Office and other sales tools.
