Job summary

Hadiamondstar Software Solutions LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to own the client-facing side of the IT talent business. You will bring in new clients, translate their hiring needs into placements, and manage enterprise accounts.

You will report to the CEO, build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers at major enterprises, negotiate terms, and drive revenue growth through strategic account management and repeat business.

Qualifications

10+ years of experience in IT consulting and staffing sales.
Proven track record bringing in enterprise clients and achieving revenue targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-management skills.

Responsibilities

Identify and bring in new client companies needing IT contract talent.
Build relationships with recruiters and hiring managers at enterprise clients.
Gather job requirements from clients and translate them into placement opportunities for contractors.
Manage and grow existing accounts to secure repeat and expanded business.
Negotiate rates, terms, and agreements with client companies.
Partner with internal recruiting and training teams to match consultants to open requirements.
Own key business decisions related to client acquisition and account growth.
Meet or exceed revenue and placement targets.
