You will navigate AI and data privacy considerations, advise on regulatory risk, collaborate with Product, Security, and Privacy teams, and become a trusted advisor to enterprise customers.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and active state bar membership.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-value enterprise software transactions with Account Executives and customer legal teams.
• Navigate AI and data privacy compliance implications for enterprise deployments.
• Design and implement contract playbooks and streamlined templates to scale legal processes.
• Identify and manage complex commercial and legal risks while maintaining deal velocity.
