Job summary

Replit, based in Foster City, CA, is seeking an experienced Commercial Counsel to lead enterprise software negotiations and align legal strategy with our fast-growing sales teams.

In this full-time role with in-office days Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you will build scalable contract playbooks, navigate AI and data privacy requirements, and partner with Product, Engineering, Security, and Privacy to enable safe, compliant deployment of Replit's platform.

Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in at least one U.S. state bar.
• 5-7 years of relevant legal experience supporting enterprise software sales.

Responsibilities

• Lead negotiations for high-value enterprise software deals with cross-functional teams.
• Navigate AI, privacy, and regulatory considerations across industries.
• Design and implement contract playbooks and streamlined processes.
• Provide strategic guidance to leadership on commercial legal matters and risk.
