Job summary

YETI is seeking a Senior Talent Business Partner to partner closely with Americas Commercial leaders in designing and executing forward-looking talent and organizational strategies. This role combines deep business acumen, organizational design expertise, and change leadership to enable scalable growth and high-performance teams.

Qualifications

• Greater than 8 years of progressive HR / Talent Business Partner experience, including executive-level stakeholders.
• Experience supporting commercial organizations or Sales teams.
• Prior experience with organizational design and transformation work.
• Proven track record in organizational design, operating model development, sales incentive plans, and workforce strategy.
• Strong expertise in leading large-scale change initiatives, including communication strategy and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted advisor to Americas commercial leaders, aligning talent strategy with business priorities.
• Partner with leaders to drive workforce planning and organizational strategy.
• Translate long-term business strategy into proactive talent roadmaps, ensuring the organization has the capabilities, leadership, and structure needed to achieve future growth objectives.
• Drive org design initiatives, including restructuring, role clarity, and operating model evolution.
• Apply insights from prior organizational experience to build scalable, high-performing teams.
• Lead complex design change initiatives, including end-to-end change management planning and execution.
• Build and deliver clear, compelling communication strategies to support adoption and engagement.
• Coach and develop leaders to strengthen organizational capability and effectiveness.
• Identify and accelerate top talent while building robust succession pipelines.
