Job summary

Restoration Management Company is seeking a Talent Management Manager to own the Talent Management and Learning & Development strategies across the organization. You will oversee performance management, succession planning, career development, and leadership development to strengthen the talent pipeline and organizational capability.

The role partners with HR leadership and business leaders to drive scalable talent practices, measure program impact, and support current and future talent needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years leading Learning & Development or Talent Management in a mid-to-large company.
• Strong leadership with experience guiding teams and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Own and lead Talent Management strategy aligned with business goals.
• Design and administer Talent Review and Succession Planning processes.
• Develop career paths and competency models to support mobility and growth.
• Lead L&D initiatives, leadership development, and manager coaching programs.
• Establish talent metrics to measure program impact and ROI.
