Job summary

Vertiv Corporation is seeking an Enterprise Systems Instructional Designer to design, develop, and deliver technical learning programs and lab exercises for the Americas Services Training team. You will map curricula to certification paths, partner with Training managers and service teams, and ensure impactful learning experiences across instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and deliver services training programs in instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced formats.
• Collaborate with program managers and SMEs to create high-quality content.
• Create engaging training across multiple mediums for diverse learners.
• Integrate adult learning theory into course development and evaluations.
• Support new product launches with timely training content.
