Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing Company, seeks an experienced Manager of Enterprise and Business Systems to lead a team responsible for core business and corporate systems. Join a fast-paced environment that maintains ERP/CRM/HRIS platforms and develops internal tools to streamline processes.

You will collaborate with multiple departments, manage budgets, and mentor analysts and developers while driving governance and security across all systems.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in IT/business systems or related field.
• Experience managing teams supporting and enhancing complex enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales processes across corporate functions.
• Familiarity with enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS) and BI/reporting tools.
• Proven project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams responsible for maintenance, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications and internal systems.
• Oversee analysis, implementation, and integration of enterprise solutions to improve core processes.
• Coordinate and manage software development for internal tools driving efficiency.
• Develop and execute operational plans for system management within schedule and budget.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Assign responsibilities and set objectives for analysts and developers to ensure performance.
• Monitor and troubleshoot issues; drive continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Establish KPIs to measure performance and identify optimization opportunities.
• Ensure documentation, governance, and compliance for enterprise systems; manage vendor relationships.
