Job summary

Insitu, a Boeing company, seeks a Manager of Enterprise and Business Systems to lead a team of IS Analysts, Business System Analysts, and Software Developers. You will oversee ERP/HRIS/CRM platforms, ensure reliability, security, and alignment with corporate goals, and drive strategic initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years in IT/business systems, strong PM, and stakeholder management skills. Hybrid work with on-site collaboration is preferred in Washington state.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4-6 years of relevant IT/business systems experience.
• Proven experience managing teams supporting enterprise applications.
• Strong knowledge of Finance, HR, Operations, and Sales processes.
• Experience with ERP, CRM, HRIS and BI/reporting tools.
• Strong PM skills to manage priorities, deadlines, results.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Advanced problem-solving with focus on process improvement.
• Familiarity with system integration, security, change management, and compliance.
• Vendor management and contract negotiation experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage teams responsible for the maintenance, enhancement, and support of enterprise applications (e.g., ERP, HRIS, CRM) and internal business systems.
• Oversee the analysis, implementation, and integration of enterprise solutions to improve core business processes and support corporate strategies.
• Coordinate and manage the software development team responsible for building and maintaining custom internal tools that drive organizational efficiency.
• Develop, communicate, and execute operational plans for business and product system management, ensuring projects and system upgrades are delivered on schedule and within budget.
• Work closely with key stakeholders across departments to understand business requirements, prioritize initiatives, and translate needs into technical solutions.
• Assign responsibilities and set clear objectives for analysts and developers to ensure optimal performance and accountability.
• Monitor and troubleshoot application issues, coordinate resolutions, and lead continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Establish and track team and system KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for optimization.
• Ensure proper documentation, compliance, and governance of enterprise and business systems in accordance with organizational standards.
• Oversee vendor relationships for relevant software and services, including evaluation, procurement, and performance management.
• Collaborate with IT leadership on technology planning, resource management, and budget forecasting.
• Provide technical direction and mentorship to direct reports, encouraging professional growth and best practices within the team.
