Insight Global in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Manager IT and Business Systems to lead the architecture across ERP, CRM, BI and operational platforms, ensuring scalable, integrated systems. You will optimize ERP and drive data-driven decision making to support cross-functional operations and long-term scalability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years in ERP/business systems/analytics roles.
• ERP systems experience (Acumatica a plus; strong manufacturing and commercial ERP experience required).
• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills; able to influence across teams.
• Hands-on technical skills working in ERP systems, manufacturing/process data, and reporting tools.
• Experience in plastics industry highly preferred.

Job Description

The Manager IT and Business Systems lead enterprise systems architecture and the optimization ofsoftware integrations, and strategic use of enterprise systems, including ERP, Commercial andoperational management systems (e.g., CRM), and business intelligence tools (Power BI, AI). Thisrole ensures that systems support efficient operations, data-driven decision-making, andorganizational scalability.This role is accountable for designing and sustaining a scalable, integrated systemsinfrastructure that supports cross-functional operations, enables data-driven decision-making,and allows for continuous development across ERP, CRM, and BI ecosystems. The position ensuresalignment of systems, data, , and processes to drive operational efficiency, visibility, and long-termorganizational scalability.

Key Responsibilities

• Own enterprise systems architecture and integration strategy across ERP, CRM, BI, and supporting operational platforms


• Own and execute ERP optimization in partnership with functional leaders


• Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and analytics


• Support software integrations across ERP, Commercial systems (e.g., CRM), and manufacturing processes to enable end-to-end process visibility and KPI reporting

• Increased ERP/HubSpot and other business systems utilization across Operations and Commercial teams


• Reduction of manual, non–value-added operational and commercial reporting and reconciliations


• Improved operational and commercial KPI visibility to support business decisions


• High adoption rates of systems and dashboards


• Improved data accuracy and process discipline through standardized system workflows

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, or related field


• 7+ years of experience in ERP, business systems, or analytics roles


• ERP systems experience (Acumatica experience a plus; strong manufacturing and commercialERP experience required)


• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs


• Strong communication skills; able to influence across teams


• Hands‑on technical skills working in ERP systems, manufacturing/process data, and reportingtools


• Business acumen with understanding of how system decisions impact cost, service, andscalability


• Ability to translate operational needs into system solutions


• Experience in plastics industry highly preferred
