Job summary

Insight Global in Carlsbad, CA is seeking a Manager IT and Business Systems to lead the architecture across ERP, CRM, BI and operational platforms, ensuring scalable, integrated systems. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or related field.
• 7+ years in ERP/business systems/analytics roles.
• ERP systems experience (Acumatica a plus; strong manufacturing and commercial ERP experience required).
• Strong understanding of business processes and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills; able to influence across teams.
• Hands-on technical skills working in ERP systems, manufacturing/process data, and reporting tools.
• Experience in plastics industry highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise systems architecture and integration strategy across ERP, CRM, BI, and supporting operational platforms.
• Own and execute ERP optimization in partnership with functional leaders.
• Develop and oversee Power BI dashboards and analytics.
• Support software integrations across ERP, Commercial systems (e.g., CRM), and manufacturing processes to enable end-to-end process visibility and KPI reporting.
• Support user adoption through training, standard work, and continuous improvement.
• Work with Commercial, Customer Service, Manufacturing, and Logistics teams to improve lead to-order and order-to-fulfillment workflows, reducing manual tasks through system-driven processes.
• Support and explore AI- and analytics-enabled capabilities as data and process maturity increase.
