Job summary

Skydio is seeking a Business Systems Manager to own and optimize NetSuite ERP, driving process improvements and enabling scalable technology across finance, supply chain, and operations.

You will partner with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and IT to implement integrations (P2P, MES, PLM, CRM), lead ERP upgrades, and advance AI-enabled workflows. Ideal candidates have 5–7+ years with NetSuite and strong ERP governance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience managing financial systems, including at least 3+ years on NetSuite ERP
• Experience managing EDI and system integrations
• Experience with P2P systems (Coupa) and API integrations
• Ability to lead and manage teams in a dynamic environment
• Strong understanding of finance, manufacturing, inventory, procurement, and order fulfillment processes

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical expert and administrator of NetSuite ERP, ensuring stability, reliability, security, and performance
• Configure, maintain, and improve NetSuite modules for inventory, procurement, manufacturing, planning, warehousing, order fulfillment, shipping, and finance
• Design, configure, and maintain workflows, saved searches, dashboards, reports, and automation
• Lead ERP implementations, upgrades, module deployments, testing, and production deployment
• Partner with business leaders to translate requirements into scalable technology solutions
• Develop and maintain ERP governance, documentation, SOPs, and integration standards
