Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and leaders. You will drive enterprise-wide adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of platforms like Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, enabling AI-enabled business capabilities across BAS teams.

The role combines program leadership, change enablement, stakeholder engagement, and operational governance to accelerate value realization and outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of enterprise systems experience or related roles.
• Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, or similar platforms.
• Ability to gather requirements, assess impacts, support transitions, coordinate readiness, and track outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as BAS IT business liaison for enterprise platforms and transformation; lead initiatives on system adoption, process improvement, and AI enablement.
• Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, escalation paths, decisions, and follow-through for enterprise system changes.
• Gather requirements, identify process impacts, document dependencies, validate needs, and support readiness for new capabilities and transitions.
• Drive adoption strategies, communications, and readiness activities to increase utilization and business value.
