Job summary

Acosta Group seeks a Manager of AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance, Operations, and leaders to drive adoption, governance, and continuous improvement of enterprise platforms including Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365. This role leads change enablement, program delivery, and stakeholder engagement to accelerate value realization and business outcomes.

The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, experience in enterprise transformations,

Qualifications

5+ years in enterprise systems support or related roles.
Experience with Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or similar systems.
Ability to gather requirements, assess impacts, and plan readiness for transitions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management across IT, HR, Finance, Operations.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide adoption and change enablement across platforms.
Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, and launch activities.
Document dependencies, governance, and training across BAS enterprise platforms.
Track progress, measure effectiveness, and provide leadership with insights.
