Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance, and leaders to drive enterprise-wide system adoption and AI-enabled capabilities across BAS platforms. You will lead programs, coordinate readiness, and govern changes across Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.

The role emphasizes governance, data stewardship, and measurable business value realization, with travel up to 10% and a focus on transformation across multiple enterprise systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems support, business operations, technology programs, project management, HRIS/ERP/CRM support, change enablement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software platforms such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems.
• Strong analytical skills to evaluate business impacts, process efficiency, data quality, and readiness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to translate system changes for stakeholders.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional work across technology, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Procurement, vendors and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Act as BAS IT liaison for enterprise platforms and system transformation initiatives across multiple systems.
• Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, escalation paths, and decisions for enterprise system changes.
• Gather requirements, assess business impacts, and support readiness planning for new capabilities and integrations.
• Drive adoption strategies, communication plans, and user guidance to improve utilization and value realization.
• Maintain documentation of processes, support paths, roles, FAQs, training references, and SOPs.
• Identify friction points, data gaps, defects, and opportunities; coordinate fixes and improvements.
• Support governance, security, data privacy, compliance, and audit readiness across platforms.
• Track change readiness, progress, issues, feedback, and outcomes; report to leadership.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to achieve practical enterprise outcomes.
