Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement in the United States to partner with IT, HR, Finance, and Operations. You will drive enterprise-wide system adoption, AI enablement, and governance for platforms like Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365, delivering readiness, change enablement, and continuous improvement.

The role emphasizes program leadership, stakeholder engagement, and cross-functional collaboration to accelerate value realization and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Information Technology, Operations Management, Computer Science, Project Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in enterprise systems support, business operations, technology programs, project management, HRIS/ERP/CRM support, change enablement, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise software platforms such as Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365, or similar business systems preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to gather stakeholder requirements, assess business impacts, support system transitions, coordinate launch/readiness activities, and track operational outcomes.
• Strong analytical skills, including the ability to evaluate business impacts, process efficiency, data quality, issue trends, support themes, and operational readiness.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate system changes, technical concepts, and support needs into clear business guidance for stakeholders.
• Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional work across technology, HR, Finance, Operations, Legal, Procurement, vendors, leadership, and business stakeholders without direct authority.
• Ability to travel occasionally (up to 10%) as needed to support business meetings, system transitions, stakeholder workshops, training events, and organizational initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide initiatives focused on system adoption, AI enablement, and business transformation.
• Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, escalation paths, and rollout activities with cross-functional teams.
• Gather requirements, assess impacts, document dependencies, and support readiness for new capabilities.
• Develop release notes, launch materials, and user guidance to drive adoption and value.
• Maintain documentation for processes, roles, FAQs, SOPs, and handoffs.
• Identify friction, data gaps, defects, and opportunities; drive improvements with owners.
• Support governance, data privacy, audit readiness, and compliance across platforms.
• Build relationships with leaders, vendors, and stakeholders to achieve outcomes.
• Track readiness, progress, issues, and measure effectiveness of changes.
