Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance, Operations and business leaders to drive enterprise-wide system adoption and AI-enabled capabilities across BAS teams. You will lead change enablement, governance, and continuous improvement of platforms like Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, Operations, CS, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in enterprise systems support, operations, PMO, or related roles.
• Experience with Oracle HCM/Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide system adoption and transformation initiatives.
• Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, and stakeholder decisions across functions.
• Gather requirements, assess impacts, and support readiness for new capabilities.
• Develop communications, launch materials, and user guidance for system changes.
• Maintain documentation, train staff, and oversee governance and data stewardship.
