Job summary

Acosta is seeking a Manager, AI Enterprise Enablement to partner with IT, HR, Finance and leadership to accelerate adoption of enterprise platforms like Oracle Fusion, UKG, Salesforce and Microsoft 365. You will lead transformation programs, manage stakeholder engagement, and drive readiness, governance, and continuous improvement across BAS systems.

The role requires strong change enablement, program leadership, and communication skills to translate complex changes into actionable business

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in enterprise systems or related roles.
Experience with Oracle HCM, Fusion, UKG, Salesforce, Microsoft 365 or similar.
Ability to gather requirements, assess impact, and coordinate readiness for system changes.

Responsibilities

Serve as BAS IT liaison for enterprise platforms and transformation initiatives across multiple apps.
Coordinate readiness, issue resolution, escalation paths, and follow-through for changes.
Gather business requirements, document dependencies, and support readiness planning for new capabilities.
Drive adoption and communications plans (release notes, launch materials, user guidance).
Maintain clear process documentation, training references, and SOPs across platforms.
Identify friction points, data gaps, and improvement opportunities; track follow-up and outcomes.
Support governance, security, data privacy, audit readiness, and compliance across platforms.
Measure effectiveness of changes and provide status updates to leadership.
