Job summary

EnerSys, a global leader in stored energy solutions, seeks a Program Manager to translate strategy into enterprise outcomes. You will partner across Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Commercial, Marketing, Customer Service, Quality, Regulatory, and IT to convert priorities into executable plans and realized results.

The role requires a decade of leadership experience in program management or related fields, strong financial literacy, and the ability to influence senior leaders

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Technology, or related discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in program management, operations, engineering, supply chain, finance, business management, product development, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Demonstrated success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives with measurable business, financial, operational, customer, or compliance impact.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to evaluate operational, financial, technical, commercial, and organizational tradeoffs.
• Demonstrated financial literacy, including experience interpreting business cases, financial assumptions, investment decisions, and value realization metrics.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
• Experience developing executive-level recommendations, decision materials, and business reviews supported by data and sound judgment.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity, competing priorities, organizational resistance, and constrained resources.
• Strong executive communication, analytical thinking, decision-making, and accountability-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-level initiatives that translate business strategy into measurable financial, operational, customer, compliance, and strategic outcomes.
• Convert executive priorities into clear execution strategies, decision paths, operating plans, and cross-functional commitments.
• Drive alignment across functions and senior stakeholders where priorities, resources, incentives, or constraints conflict.
• Advise leaders on risks, opportunities, tradeoffs, and recommended courses of action using sound business judgment.
