Job summary

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in transformation, strategy, operations, or operational excellence.
- MBA and/or engineering background preferred.
- Experience with AI-enabled / digital transformation and agentic GTM.
- Experience in PE-backed or high-performance industrial environments.
- ERP/SAP implementation or optimization experience.
Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise transformation and operating-model improvements end-to-end.
- Analyze performance, identify opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Drive Lean, Six Sigma to improve cost, quality, safety, delivery and profitability.
- Lead M&A due diligence, integration, carve-outs, and synergy initiatives.
- Build transformation roadmaps, business cases, financial models, KPIs, and governance.
- Collaborate with Strategy & Transformation office across Europe on global initiatives.
