Job summary

GuideWell seeks a Strategic Initiatives Program Manager to align enterprise-wide programs with the Office of the CEO, serving as a trusted advisor and program-management leader across multiple workstreams and business units.

This role develops execution plans, facilitates prioritization, and delivers executive-level briefings and dashboards to support decision-making. You will drive process improvements and change across the health care enterprise with strong collaboration and influence.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of related work experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of health care industry and functions.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with initiative partners to define strategic approach.
• Develops program structure, ownership, workstreams, timelines and interdependencies.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration to align priorities and resources.
• Leads enterprise-wide initiatives with multiple workstreams and departments.
• Delivers integrated execution plans and executive-level reporting for decision-making.
