Qualifications

• 8+ years related work experience in strategic initiatives or program management.
• Bachelor's degree or additional related equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of health care industry and cross-functional leadership.

Responsibilities

• Counsels initiative business partners to define strategic questions and approach.
• Develops program structure with workstreams, objectives, timelines, and interdependencies.
• Facilitates cross-functional collaboration for alignment on priorities and resources.
• Develops integrated execution plans and senior-level briefings for executives.
• Monitors risks and coordinates mitigation strategies across programs.
