Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is recruiting a Director, Enterprise Strategy & Operations to lead long-range planning, performance governance, and strategic execution for a rapidly growing client.

Reporting to the COO, you will translate strategy into operating plans, drive OKRs, and build governance to ensure accountability across the organization, leading a Strategy & Operations team in a hybrid environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience in corporate strategy, Strategy & Operations, FP&A, or similar.
• Experience leading multi-year strategic planning and annual operating plans.
• Strong financial and analytical skills and experience preparing executive materials.
• Ability to synthesize complex information into clear recommendations and executive narratives.
• Experience with OKRs and enterprise performance management.
• Experience leading experienced individual contributors and engaging with C-suite leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and refinement of the company’s multi-year strategic plan.
• Translate priorities into initiatives, milestones, and measurable outcomes.
• Own the Annual Operating Plan and coordinate target setting across functions.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards, and executive reporting frameworks.
• Support board and investor materials and executive communications.
• Improve planning, governance, and scaling of enterprise processes.
