GuideWell is building an in-house Enterprise Strategy team and hiring Analysts to help form its foundation. The role offers exposure to Fortune 500 health care operations, problem-solving training, and the chance to grow into Senior Analyst and Associate roles.

You will turn data into decision-ready slides and memos under coaching. This entry-level position emphasizes accuracy, learning the core toolkit, and understanding how a health plan operates, with limited travel and a clear career ladder
