Zusammenfassung

Realm is hiring a Strategic Partnerships lead to expand into large mining and industrial enterprises. This role reports to our Head of Operations & Business and collaborates with the CEO on a regular basis.

You will build and own a strategic account pipeline, lead enterprise sales cycles with multi-stakeholder buyers, and represent Realm at conferences and site visits. You will also feed field intelligence back into product and pricing strategies.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of total experience in enterprise sales or business development.
• Experience selling multi-million dollar bespoke deals to large mining, manufacturing, or industrial companies.
• Experience managing long-cycle, multi-stakeholder procurement processes.
• Comfort operating at VP and C-suite level with trusted relationships.
• Polished communication for presentations and executive conversations.
• Willingness to travel 15–30% and based near a major US travel hub.
• US citizenship or permanent residency.
