NetApp is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the technical relationship with customers while partnering with the Client Executive to drive business outcomes across existing and net-new opportunities. You will design, architect, and configure solutions for complex enterprise environments, managing multiple deals at various stages and bringing the art of what's possible to every engagement.

This role blends deep technical expertise with high-energy collaboration.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in technical pre-sales or systems engineering.
• Experience supporting enterprise or Fortune 1000 customers.
• Strong background in storage and storage-adjacent solutions.
• Knowledge of SAN, NAS, block and file storage architectures.
• Experience designing solutions within customer environments.
• Familiarity with hybrid cloud and data protection strategies.
• Ability to manage multiple deals across different stages.
• Experience with channel partners and joint execution.
• Excellent discovery, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor across enterprise accounts.
• Partner with Enterprise Client Executives to build strategy and pipeline.
• Co-sell with channel partners and align joint execution.
• Lead deep discovery sessions to uncover business challenges.
• Architect and configure solutions across the NetApp portfolio for customers.
• Support multiple opportunities from net-new to long-cycle enterprise deals.
• Drive protect-and-expand motions within existing accounts.
• Engage customers in AI readiness, data strategy, and hybrid cloud discussions.
• Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Engineering, and Professional Services.
