Job summary

Vapi, a fast-growing leader in voice-enabled APIs, is hiring a Solutions Engineer to guide enterprise pilots from discovery to production. You will demonstrate, prototype, and articulate complex integrations across telephony, CRM, and backend systems, shaping the customer journey and setting the standard for field engineering.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, demos, and cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product. A high-growth background and strong teaching ability are essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in solutions engineering or customer-facing technical role.
• Experience at a high-growth company (Series B–F).
• World-class educator who can explain complex systems to engineers and executives.

Responsibilities

• Ramp on architecture and build voice agents end-to-end within 30 days.
• Lead technical discovery and prototype integrations with telephony, CRM, and backend systems in 60 days.
• Own the technical side of strategic enterprise sales cycles and pilots end-to-end in 90 days.
• Build reusable demos, reference architectures, and document feedback to influence Product/Engineering.
