Arc XP is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to own the full technical sales cycle from discovery through POC to close, serving as the trusted advisor for enterprise prospects. You will drive compelling demos, lead rigorous evaluations, and use AI tools to sharpen content while maintaining authenticity.

The role emphasizes land-and-expand opportunities, strategic handoffs to Customer Engineering, and competitive displacement in complex environments.

Formación

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Solutions Engineering or equivalent pre-sales roles.
• Hands-on POC experience with complex enterprise deals and clear success criteria.
• Strong understanding of cloud APIs, integration patterns, and data architectures.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full technical sales cycle from discovery to close with enterprise prospects.
• Deliver narrative-driven demos and technical presentations aligned to business outcomes.
• Develop migration and win plans to enable competitive displacement of incumbents.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Customer Engineering for seamless handoffs.
• Apply AI tools to accelerate research, prep, documentation, and content quality.
