Qualifications

• Strong communication and presentation skills with customers and stakeholders.
• Ability to lead discovery sessions and document requirements.

• Serve as a trusted advisor to the client.
• Guide customers in rationalizing and deploying emerging technologies that drive business value.
• Guide agents to support delivery.
• Communicate complex concepts clearly across all levels of a client organization.
• Identify and proactively manage risk areas to reach resolution.

• Review project direction and artifacts to keep programs on track and scalable.
• Drive a program vision and align with Salesforce platform strategies.
