Job summary

Palo Alto Networks is seeking a Solutions Engineer for Enterprise Accounts—Central. The role is remote with hybrid collaboration, requiring deep pre‑sales expertise in identity and security. You will guide customers through technical demonstrations, POCs, and RFP responses to drive enterprise adoption.

You will partner with customers across IT and security teams, articulate business value, and mentor peers while traveling up to 50% for client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• MIS or CS degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in pre‑sales, ideally in identity or security.
• Hands‑on administration of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
• Windows Server, Active Directory, LDAP, federation services.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical pre‑sales support for Idira Identity Security to Enterprise customers and partners.
• Develop and nurture technical relationships within prospective accounts and current customers.
• Lead POC evaluations to demonstrate Idira solutions to enterprises.
• Support RFP/RFI responses ensuring enterprise requirements are met.
• Build long‑term relationships with technical teams and executives to ensure customer success.
