Job summary

Astound Broadband is seeking a Sales Engineer to support Enterprise Account teams with Ethernet, DIA, and Private Networking solutions, plus Voice and UC/SD-WAN capabilities. You will prepare technical proposals, develop network topologies, and serve as the technical liaison from pre-sales to post-sales.

The role requires 3–5 years in telecom for Enterprise accounts, strong documentation and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 50%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Certifications supporting Astound products (Cisco, Ciena, AWS, Microsoft, Adva, etc.) desired.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings in person and via phone/web.
• Assist customers in selecting Astound products to meet needs.
