Job summary

Astound is seeking a Sales Engineer to support Enterprise Accounts with expertise in Ethernet, DIA, Private Networking, SD-WAN, and voice solutions. You will craft solutions, develop proposals, and present technical specifications to meet customer requirements.

You will attend meetings, build relationships, and train teams while staying current on industry trends. A hybrid work model and travel up to 50% are expected for this role.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/experience.
• Certification supporting Astound products/services is preferred.
• 3–5 years in supporting telecom services to enterprise accounts.

Responsibilities

• Attend customer meetings in person or virtually.
• Assist in selecting Astound products to meet customer needs.
• Prepare technical proposals with network topologies and specs.
• Serve as technical liaison from pre- to post-sales.
• Provide technical training to Enterprise Account teams.
• Travel up to 50% as required.
• Maintain professional demeanor and drive customer satisfaction.
