Job summary

A sales professional with Astound is responsible for outside business-to-business sales across fiber internet, voice, hosted voice and related products in the San Francisco Bay Area. You will target enterprise accounts, identify needs, prepare proposals and close deals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Expect to coordinate with engineering for installations, maintain product knowledge, and travel frequently.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years prior experience managing business accounts in sales or customer service.
• Proven success selling to end-user business customers including large accounts and government.
• Ability to sell to C-level executives.
• 1–2 years of canvassing or cold-calling SMB customers preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; explain features/benefits clearly.

Responsibilities

• Sell Astound broadband services to business accounts in assigned area.
• Identify new customer opportunities and define needs.
• Prepare proposals and close deals.
• Coordinate with engineering/construction for installations and orders.
• Maintain product knowledge and provide excellent customer service.
