Job summary

Cyberhaven is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to drive pre-sales efforts, deliver compelling product demos, and guide technical evaluations. You will showcase how multiple products integrate to protect data and enable AI adoption across large enterprises.

You will advise customers on securing AI adoption, maintain partner relationships, and collaborate with Product Management to inform feature releases. Applicants should be able to travel for events and cover multiple states.

Qualifications

• 4+ years as Sales Engineer or similar (pre-sales and/or deployment).
• 4+ years data protection and AI security solutions (DLP, IRM, DSPM, CASB, AI-Security).
• Proven ability to demo and run POCs across multiple products within a platform.
• Knowledge of Agentic AI architecture and securing it.
• 4+ years cross-platform endpoint agent experience (Windows/Mac/Linux)

Responsibilities

• Support Enterprise Sales in pre-sales from qualification to hand-off for large accounts (>2,500 employees).
• Create and deliver compelling messaging and demos differentiating our platform.
• Demonstrate multiple products in a single narrative showing how they integrate.
• Lead technical evaluations via POC ownership to a successful conclusion.
