Amazon Web Services, Inc. is seeking an experienced Technical Manager to coach and grow Solutions Architects. You will lead teams, drive AI and cloud-based solutions, and partner with sales to accelerate revenue growth across a broad customer base.

You will hire, train, and mentor staff, shape best practices, and work with stakeholders to ensure architectures scale across varying sizes and complexity. This role requires travel and leadership excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of enterprise IT work with hands-on software or DevOps experience.
• 2+ years of architecting/operating cloud solutions (Azure/AWS/GCP/OCI).
• 8+ years delivering technology roadmaps guiding IT transformations to cloud.
• Experience leading and growing senior tech teams, customer facing.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead AI solutions, migrate apps and services to AWS.
• Hire, onboard, and develop new Solutions Architects.
• Educate customers on AWS value and guide cloud deployments.
• Coach architects in training delivery and knowledge transfer.
• Capture and share best-practice knowledge within the community.
• Develop whitepapers and data sheets with guidance.
• Build relationships with customer decision makers to enable AI/Cloud advocates.
• Act as liaison between customers, service engineering, and support.
